How we work and What we do ?
STEP 1: Medical Report Assessment : This can be done online on our website or by submitting to our local office bearers in the respective country.
We give patient the choice to choose amongst the best that can be offered . We provide all possible options , information – disease related, treatment related , cost
related from the top 3 to 5 centres and let patient and his family decide. Our Medical Expert team personally discusses the treatment plan with the specialists and
give the best Plan to our patients.
STEP 2: Detailed response is delivered to the patient or member of family and explained including.
- Treatment plan
- Duration of stay
- Cost of treatment
- Other logistics (depending on complexity of procedure)
STEP 3: Planning Travel Arrangements and Visas
We provide all logistic support for travel flight ticket arrangement and visa support through our local office representative and online e visa whereever possible . We also provide detailed information and booking of guest house / hotel as per the budget of the patient family. We have our network of guest houses within walking distance of the hospitals with hygienic conditions and all essential services . We give advance information about our representative who will be at airport to pick up the patients family . The local mobile sim cards are also provided either at the time of receiving or within few hours of receiving the patient. The internet services on mobile are ready to use so that the visiting family can stay in touch with their family members back home. Airport transfer is provided free of charge while mobile sim card is charged as per actuals.
STEP 4: Hospital visit , Doctor consultation , Out patient Investigations
Upon landing in the destination country, You will be greeted by the patient coordinator who will assist you with airport transfers and hotel check-in. The coordinator will ensure that you are comfortable and answer any questions. If you have any religious needs, we’ll look after that. The following shall be arranged by our team.
Doctor Consultation: The next day, you will have an appointment with your doctor at the hospital. The coordinator will translate and facilitate communication, ensuring a smooth process.
Treatment: After the doctor consultation, you may agree to undergo the treatment at the facility or you may choose for second opinion. If you agree for the treatment, you will be assisted by our patient coordinator during your hospital stay, along with a personalized recovery plan.
Post-Operative Care & Rehabilitation: After discharge, you will stay at a comfortable recovery residence. We will coordinate follow up visits with your doctor, ensuring a pleasant recovery experience.
SETP 5: Recovery , leisure , Return & follow up care
If you choose to explore the destination and engage in leisure activities, we will help organize the same for you. We will arrange airport transfers and ensure that you have all the necessary medical records for follow-up care back home. We will organize online follow up consultation with your doctor if needed.

our senior citizens aged > 65 years and are sensitive to requirement of underprivileged strata of society. AHS shall empower and provide significant discounts to patients
from the underprivileged strata and assure best treatment to patients from any religion, caste or country especially in the following categories :
1. Senior Citizens aged > 65 years and Disabled Patients are also entitled to discounts irrespective of their economic strata.
2. Emergency Life saving Surgeries: Time is of immense importance hence we encourage patients to reach us at the earliest ,so discounts from our side may help them reach us faster.
3. Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries: Usually the parents are young and in the initial stages of their career and hence find difficult to arrange adequate funds for heart surgeries
in addition to travel and accommodation expenses overseas.
4. Cancer Treatment: Patients with advanced stage of cancer need long treatment in form of chemotherapy , cancer surgery , radiation and there is always a risk of recurrence.
To support such patients we provide discounts to such category of patients.
5. High Cost Surgeries such as Bone Marrow Transplantation , Lymphomas, Leukemias or any Procedure where the estimated cost is above 20000 USD.
AHS assures a minimum discount of 10 % for above categories . We may increase the discounts on case to case basis depending on the nature of disease , cost of treatment and economic strata of the patient .
We shall not offer these discounts to patients undergoing elective procedures , cosmetic surgeries and treatment for non-life threatening illnesses.

Dr Viresh Mahajan is CEO of Alliance Health Solutions India & an accomplished Pediatric Cardiologist with more than 30
years of clinical experience in Pediatric Cardiology. He has worked with top Healthcare organization in India, USA and UK.
He has treated patients from more than 50 countries and believes in providing compassionate quality care at best cost .
He recieved Outstanding Investigator Award in 2007 at 17 th Annual Conference for ACHD at Pihiladelphia, USA in 2007.
He was bestowed with Chairman’s Award by Max Healthcare in 2012for his distinctive achievements in clinical and global
outreach efforts during his tenure at Max Heathcare as Director of Pediatric Cardiology , Saket, New Delhi from 2005-2015.
He was also Director of Pediatric cardiology at Artemis Hospital , Gurgaon , India.
